The Native American Style Flute is an excellent instrument for all. If you are a yoga teacher it is a great instrument to incorporate into your classes. It’s a very intuitive instrument to play, no musical background is necessary. To play well takes time, but to start getting sound and creating melodies is easy and can be done immediately. MANTRA MEANING: This mantra expresses the indescribable experience of going from darkness to light—from ignorance to true understanding. It is the Infinite teacher of the soul.
TRANSLATION: Wahe Guru refers to the Creator in Sikhism. It is also known as the Gurmantra in Sikhism. Wahe is wonderful and Guru is teacher, but really there is no translation for it. It is described as an experience: I am in ecstasy when I experience the Indescribable Wisdom.

MEANING: Sat Nam is true identity. ‘Sat’ meaning truth and ‘Nam’, identity. This is a seed (Bij) mantra, and within this seed is contained all the knowledge of the fully grown tree.
